Need advice on cordless drills. Dewalt keep or return?
It is seriously time for me to update to a 7.2V to Black & Decker (Meta) drilling for a new one with more power, speed, etc. I'll use the drill for basic things like the placement of blinds may be the road by a bridge, kitchen, plaster, etc. Knowing that means I can build a house with her, but I want a drill that will be able to manage projects small to large. I'm looking for something that is light too. I picked up a Dewalt 18V (DW959K2) from Lowes on sale for $ 119. It is a kind of model that Lowes did not even now. I do not know if an older model or what. It has a rubber grip, like my current DEWALT suggests that they feel uncomfortable after prolonged use. Thus my dilemma: Should I go back and check one New DEWALT XRP reg 14.4 or 18V (same as mine with the handle?) Or should I look for something new and the lithium-ion 18v Makita 3.5 LPS, Panasonic 15.6 (3.5 NI-MH) or other brands? Help.
Personally, I like to keep one you have. The XRP is $ 299 and mode Overkill for the handyman Typical. I have a Ryobi 18-Volya not use a lot more grip and cushioning is comfortable and not tiring to use. I think price role trade that really an additional $ 170 the value of properties in my opinion, XRP.
